Happy 1st of February! What a long, long, long day!
Started with a very early morning (5 am) and quick breakfast of Greek yogurt. On the road by 6 am and headed to Kansas City. Starving around 9 am and ran through McD drive through and ate the egg/sausage out of the McMuffin and got a large coffee with 3 creamers as well as 2 bottles of water. Arrived in KC just after lunch and as I came up to the building, the girls I work with there were just leaving to go to lunch so, I tagged along. We ate at Carabas and I resisted delicious bread rolls and the sight and smell of my all time favorite-pasta. I ate a delicious Greek salad with grilled grilled chicken.
The big boss had a flight delay so, I never hooked up with the entourage but went ahead to Springfield MO which was another 3 hour drive. So...8 hours of driving today. Thankfully I made it to the hotel in time to watch 24 (my all time favorite T.V. program). Dinner was uneventful with just hamburger patties from McD's and water. Tomorrow will be a big day with everyone in the facility so...Good night!
