Today was a long day but overall good. Training/teaching takes it out of me but I made it! Found an Ozark water tower in the facility (hidden in an office) and kept my water bottles filled. If I take stock of my success so far:
1) Getting in required water
2) No carbs (minus that supposid SF coffee on week one)
3) Veggies daily (granted not the amount I need to increase to)
Not having any cravings, no headaches, no issues with bloating or constipation. Overall I find that I am doing extremely well physically. Energy is hugly improved. Also, no joint pain which was requiring several doses of Ibuprofen during the week. Wow...just taking "stock" makes me realize how happy my body is with this.
Lunch was the McD salad thing...snacks of almonds and cottage cheese. Dinner was Boston Market again with salad and extra side of green beans.
Nothing else to report other than wanting to GO HOME and see Chase. Good night.
