Work was so hectic today that planning for meals was horrific. Thanks fully I had brought a whole bag full of healthy options. The hotel had eggs available for breakfast and we had Jason's Deli deliver salads for lunch. I used my St. Joseph's whole grain and low carb pita's with WW cream cheese and chicken breast lunch meat for dinner in the hotel room. Yum! I drank all my water and only had 2 cups of coffee. Snacks were almonds and low fat mozz cheese sticks. Just need to start the exercise thing soon...I googled and got all the addresses for the Curves in each city that I visit-most had more than one option so, I am excited to start using the travel pass that I got from my center. Even with the horror at work, I feel like taking care of me was a success today. Good night!
